Mason has been a partner with Bedford Municipal Court Clerk Thomas Day Jr. in a political consulting company called Victory Communication since 2002. Day also has an ownership interest in Cleveland-based Qwestcom Graphics Inc., which got more than $90,000 worth of unbid printing work from Mason's office between 2003 and 2005, records show.
